What are the shipping costs?

Shipping is free worldwide on orders over €150.For orders below this amount, shipping costs are as follows:

Netherlands: €4.95
Belgium: €5.95
Europe: €6.95
International (other countries): €14.95

My country isn’t listed at checkout, can I still order?

If your country isn't visible at checkout, it means we unfortunately don't ship there at the moment.

Which courier will deliver my order?

We work with reliable delivery services such as UPS, DHL, PostNL or Bpost, depending on your location..

What happens if the delivery fails?

If the delivery driver is unable to deliver your package, they will try again or leave a pickup notification. After two failed attempts, the package will be returned to us. We can then resend it to you.

Are there any additional delivery costs?

For deliveries to the Netherlands and Belgium, all taxes and import duties are included.

For other countries, additional charges may be applied by local customs or postal services. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.er.

Do you ship worldwide??

Yes, we offer worldwide shipping. Shipping costs and delivery times are clearly displayed during checkout.

How long does shipping take?

Orders within the Netherlands and Belgium are delivered within 1–2 business days. We also ship worldwide.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you can cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it.

Can I return my order?

Your satisfaction is important to us. If your purchase does not meet your expectations, you may return your order within 14 days of receipt—no reason required.

Conditions:

  • The product must be unused and in its original condition.
  • Personalized or damaged items cannot be accepted for return.

To begin a return, please contact us at support@vempire-watches.com. Once your item has been received and approved, your refund will be processed within 5 business days.

How do I return my order?

At VEMPIRE, we want you to order with confidence. If you're not completely satisfied for any reason, you can return your item within 14 days of delivery, free of charge, as long as it is unused and in original condition.

Returns are easy:

  • Send an email to support@vempire-watches.com within 14 days of delivery, including your order number and reason for return.
  • Ensure the item is unusedunworn, and returned in its original packaging, with all tagsfoils, and labels intact
  • Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method within 5 business days.
  • Paid with Klarna? Your payment will be adjusted or canceled once the return has been processed.
What should I do if my item is defective?

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please email us at support@vempire-watches.com with the following information:

  • Your name and order number
  • Your address
  • The model, color and quantity of the product
  • A clear photo of the defect
  • A brief description of the problem

We will contact you within 48 hours with further instructions.

What happens if I initiate a chargeback?

If you file a chargeback for "product not received" without contacting us first, and the tracking shows the package was delivered and signed for, we reserve the right to report it as fraud. In this case, your warranty will also be void and you will be unable to place future orders.
