Do VEMPIRE watches come with a warranty?

Yes, every VEMPIRE watch is backed by a 2-year international warranty covering manufacturing defects.

Do you offer discount codes or promotions?

Yes. Available discount codes can be applied during checkout. If you encounter any issues, please feel free to contact us, we’re here to help.

How do discount codes work?

Discount codes may be available and can be applied during checkout. Enter your code in the designated field before completing your purchase to activate the offer. Please note that discount codes are typically valid for one-time use and cannot be combined with other promotions.

Which discount code should I use?

Can I use the code again later?

Shipping & Delivery

What are the shipping costs?

Shipping is free worldwide on orders over €150. For orders below this amount, shipping costs are as follows:

Netherlands: €6.95
Belgium: €8.95
Germany: €9.95
International (other countries): €14.95

My country isn’t listed at checkout, can I still order?

If your country isn't visible at checkout, it means we unfortunately don't ship there at the moment.

Which courier will deliver my order?

We work with reliable delivery services such as UPS, DHL, PostNL or Bpost, depending on your location.

What happens if the delivery fails?

If the delivery driver is unable to deliver your package, they will try again or leave a pickup notification. After two failed attempts, the package will be returned to us. We can then resend it to you.

Are there any additional delivery costs?

For deliveries to the Netherlands and Belgium, all taxes and import duties are included.

For other countries, additional charges may be applied by local customs or postal services. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we offer worldwide shipping. Shipping costs and delivery times are clearly displayed during checkout.

How long does shipping take?

Orders within the Netherlands and Belgium are delivered within 1–2 business days. We also ship worldwide.

Orders & Returns

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you can cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it.

Can I return my order?

Your satisfaction is important to us. If your purchase does not meet your expectations, you may return your order within 14 days of receipt—no reason required.

Conditions:

  • The product must be unused and in its original condition.
  • Personalized or damaged items cannot be accepted for return.

How do I return my order?

At VEMPIRE, we want you to order with confidence. If you're not completely satisfied for any reason, you can return your item within 14 days of delivery, free of charge, as long as it is unused and in original condition.

Returns are easy:

  • Send an email to support@vempire-watches.com within 14 days of delivery, including your order number and reason for return.
  • Ensure the item is unused, unworn, and returned in its original packaging, with all tags, foils, and labels intact
  • Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method within 5 business days.
  • Paid with Klarna? Your payment will be adjusted or canceled once the return has been processed.
What should I do if my item is defective?

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please email us at support@vempire-watches.com with the following information:

  • Your name and order number
  • Your address
  • The model, color and quantity of the product
  • A clear photo of the defect
  • A brief description of the problem

We will contact you within 48 hours with further instructions.

What happens if I initiate a chargeback?

If you file a chargeback for "product not received" without contacting us first, and the tracking shows the package was delivered and signed for, we reserve the right to report it as fraud. In this case, your warranty will also be void and you will be unable to place future orders.

Product Information

What materials are used for VEMPIRE watches?
  • Glass: High-quality scratch-resistant sapphire crystal
  • Case: Premium 316L stainless steel
  • Strap (leather): Genuine leather (no PU)
Can you hear the watch ticking in a quiet room?

Engineered with a solid stainless steel case, the watch operates in near silence. Even in a quiet environment, no ticking is perceptible.

What is the weight of the watch?
  • Infinite (steel bracelet): approx. 176 g
  • Infinite (leather strap): approx. 60 g
What is the length of the watch strap?

Models with a steel bracelet have a total length of approximately 23 cm (including the case). Leather straps are slightly shorter, but designed for a comfortable fit on most wrists. All straps are easily adjustable.

Can I adjust the strap myself?

Yes, all VEMPIRE straps are adjustable. You can easily find clear instructions on YouTube to do this yourself.

Do the subdials (small hands) function?

Yes, all subdials on our watches function fully.

Is the watch water-resistant?

Our watches are water-resistant up to 5 ATM and suitable for rain and splashes. However, we do not recommend swimming or showering with them.

Does the watch come with a battery?

Yes, every watch is delivered with a pre-installed battery and is ready to wear immediately.

Can I order a watch with engraving?

At this time, we do not offer engraving, but this may be introduced in the future. Stay tuned.

PRODUCT Warranty

Does VEMPIRE offer a warranty on watches?

Yes. All VEMPIRE timepieces are covered by a limited warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of delivery.

What does the warranty cover?

Our warranty covers:
• Manufacturing defects
• Movement malfunction under normal use
• Faults in craftsmanship or materials

What is not covered under the warranty?

The warranty does NOT cover:
• Normal wear and tear
• Scratches, dents, or accidental damage
• Water damage caused by improper use
• Damage from misuse, impact, or unauthorized repairs
• Strap wear from regular usage
• Battery replacement (if applicable)

How do I submit a warranty claim?

To request a warranty claim, please contact our support team with:
• Your order number
• Clear photos or videos of the issue
• A detailed explanation of the concern

Our team will review your claim and provide further instructions if your item qualifies under warranty coverage.
